Tilden Town Hall, 10790 100th Avenue, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

- The meeting was called to order by Daniel Adams at 7:03 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

- A roll call of Town Board members was performed: Daniel Adams – present, Wayne Bowe – present, Daniel Reischel – present.

- Clerk Steve Plendl verified public notice by Town Board.  Because of the short notice it was not published in the Chippewa Herald, but it was posted on the Town’s website, in front of the Tilden Townhall, at the Recycling Center, Baier’s Bar, and Bresina’s Hometown Bar and Grill.

  1. There was a discussion about which side of 113th Avenue a ditch should be made.
    1. Daniel Adams gave Larry Campbell the floor.  Mr. Campbell reviewed the options of the ditch and expressed his preference for the ditch to be located on the Northside of 113th Avenue.
    2. Daniel Adams gave Tyler Paulson the floor.  Mr. Paulson discussed his need for an agreement before he would allow a culvert to be extended on his property.
    3. There was some question about the Wisconsin DNR allowing a culvert at the end of the ditch to be re-opened.  Daniel Adams said the decision for the ditch’s location is the responsibility of Tilden’s Road Commissioner.  Daniel Adams is Tilden’s Road Commissioner.  After tonight’s discussions, Daniel A., as Tilden’s Road Commissioner, would site the ditch along the Northside of 113th Avenue as the least costly option.  No motion was made by the Town Board.
  2. Keith Dachel has requested the Town Board to issue a Raze Order for his house (located at 7527 85th Avenue, Chippewa Falls) that partially burned in January 2018.  Keith D. presented expert testimony as to why the Town Board should do this.  The Town Board will order the Town’s Building Inspector, Al Balsiger, to view Keith Dachel’s burnt home and report back to the Board to determine if the building is dangerous, unfit, and/or unsafe for human habitation.  Town Clerk to contact Al Balsiger.
  3. The Town Board reviewed a building permit application from Steve Mayer to build an Ag. Shed at 11874 102nd Avenue. The shed would be 55 ft. X 108 ft. and will be close to Mr. Mayer’s other farm buildings.  After a short discussion Daniel Adams made a motion to issue a building permit to Steve Mayer to construct an Ag. Shed as described in the building permit application.  Wayne Bowe seconded the motion.  Motion passed on a voice vote with only ayes being heard.
  4. Wayne Bowe talked about the Chippewa County Highway Department’s plan to construct a round-about at the intersection of Co. Hwy.’s Q and S.  Wayne B. said that Chippewa County planned to close Co. Hwy.’s Q and S during construction to save time and money.  Chippewa County would also replace the bridge just to the north of intersection during the round-about construction.  Construction is tentatively planned for 2020.
  5. Daniel Adams made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Wayne Bowe seconded the motion.  Motion passed on voice vote with only ayes being heard.  Meeting adjourned at 8:56 p.m.
